Images Properties requires that all of our on-site vendors performing a service-related job; meet the vendor criteria and are approved prior to doing business with any of our communities

To become compliant with Images Properties policies, you must meet the following criteria:
– Must have proof of insurance for General Liability, Workers’ Compensation if applicable.
– Must have applicable professional licenses.
– Business must be registered with the State of Oregon.
– Must be able to provide professional references.
